Camper Groups

We divide campers into groups of 10-15. Groups will be determined by children’s ages.

Staff

Our staff are licensed and highly trained, completing 20 hours of onsite training to ensure the best care for our campers. In addition, all staff are certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED.

To ensure smooth operations, we have a designated Day Camp Director and Associate Day Camp Director on-site every day, overseeing camp activities and ensuring a safe, engaging experience for all.

Full-Time Rate

Our full-time rate includes a USDA-approved breakfast, lunch, and snack each day.

• Tuition is $304 per week, with adiscounted rate of $152 per week for those who qualify.

• Additional scholarships are available for families who qualify.

Open Admission Policy

Hope Homes International Camps operate in compliance with all state and federal regulations, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all. We strictly prohibit discrimination based on race, color, sex, age, disability, religion, or national origin.

Military Discount

Families of service members ranked E1-E6 qualify for a discounted summer camp rate of $175 per week. This discount is available to active duty, reserve, and National Guard families.

All military discount requests and inquiries must be submitted through our ticket system. Verification of eligibility (such as a Military ID or other accepted documentation) will be required

Scholarships, Financial Assistance & CCCAP

At Hope Homes Camps, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances. We are committed to working with families to ensure affordable access to our camps.

Scholarships and financial assistance are available for families who qualify. We are also in the process of obtaining CCAP approval.

How to Register

1. Click the registration link and select the camp(s) you wish to attend.

2. We use Brightwheel for registration—all campers must complete an application packet through the platform.

3. All forms, policies, and waivers will be available in Brightwheel.

4. All paperwork must be 100% completed and submitted by the Friday prior to your first week of attendance.

5. Immunization records must be uploaded before you can submit your application.

Camp Program Policies

• A one-time $50 non-refundable registration fee per child is required.

• You may register for multiple weeks of summer camp based on availability.

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of the registered camp week.

• Refunds or credits will not be given for partial absences, single-day absences, or illnesses.

• Tuition is due on or before the Friday of each camp week. A $25 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by Monday at 8:00 AM.

• The Camp Leadership Team reserves the right to adjust fees or policies based on extenuating circumstances.
